肖宽。原名萧宽，1949年生于天津，祖籍沧州。诗人、书画家、雕塑家、策划家。中国美术家协会会员、中国版画家协会会员、中国国情研究会会员、中国策划专家委员会委员、新华社书画院高级画师、一代天骄书画院院长、中国国际精典雕塑院院长、中国国际书画院副院长、中国名家书画研究院副院长、中联国兴书画院副院长、吉林大字文学院兼职教授、内蒙古艺术学院客座教授、世界华人艺术网艺顾问。环球热点网艺术总监，热点书画院院长。

肖宽（萧宽）新中国同龄人，祖籍沧州。1949年出生天津1968下乡内蒙1977吉林大学文学院毕业

1968年插队到内蒙古
1974年创作版画(套色木刻)《红色宣传员》选入全国第四届美展；
1977年毕业于吉林大学
1984年创作漫画《现代化办公》和连环画《菊丽玛》同时选入全国第六届美展;
1985年加入中国美术家协会，中国版画家协会等几十个国家级艺术机构;
1994年创办《新商战》任社长、总编辑；速写、素描、版画、漫画、连环画、国画、书法、壁画、雕塑、造型艺术、装饰设计、策划演讲无不涉猎，多个画种登上全国大展及国外展览获奖……还有诗歌、散文、杂文、评论报告文学……有的作品还编入了教科书。并有诗集《草籽》等出版。同时创作许多雕塑作品，如位于北京天桥的民俗市井人物大型铜雕《从头开始》、《乐在其中》、《笑口常开》、《甜蜜人生》等。
1998年在《中原书画报》创刊四周年大型书画展跨世纪中原书画优秀作品集萧宽的书法“欲穷千里目，更上一层楼”获“金奖”。
1999年诗作“老知青文化村碑铭”在跨世纪99中华诗歌大赛中荣获一等奖。《草籽》诗集由作家出版社出版。诗作《老知青文化村碑铭》入选《中华诗歌精品选》并被评为“一等奖”。书法获《全国民间工艺美术书法大展》特别金奖。同年获“海峡两岸德艺双馨艺术家”光荣称号。
2000年中国企业最佳策划人”，其参评案例被评为“2000年中国企业金奖”
2003年大型雕塑群《北京天桥市井人物》坐落于天桥斜街北广场;
