王克庆，又名王克安。全国城市雕塑建设指导委员会主任。1933年1月20日生于安徽省含山县王家滩，，安徽含山人。擅长雕塑。中央美术学院教授。曾任中央美术学院雕塑系负责人，雕塑艺术研究所负责人。多次任全国美展、全国体育美展、全国城市雕塑艺术展评委、主任委员等。现任全国城市雕塑建设指导委员会主任，北京市、青岛市、成都市、桂林愚自乐园国际雕塑创作营等艺术顾问，中央美术学院研究员。
从艺40余年，擅长雕塑艺术创作、水墨画。出版《王克庆作品集》。雕塑艺术作品在全国性的报刊和日本、美国、瑞典、台湾、香港等国家和地区发表。作品多次参加全国美展、全国城市雕塑展和日本、塞尔加、尼日利亚的艺术展，莫斯科社会主义家造型艺术展。作品曾在香港、台湾展出。
美术论文70余篇发表于《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《了望》、《美术》、《美术研究》、《世界美术》、《美术观察》、《中国美术全集》等出版物。
城市雕塑《和平少女》（合作）立于日本长崎市、《尼罗河女儿》立于埃及开罗国际会议大厦。雕塑《李白》为新加坡私人收藏，《源远流长》瑞典为夫达仑市收藏。1996年与著名雕塑家潘鹤出席美国国际雕塑会议，在会议上王克庆《中国当代城市雕塑》的报告，受到热烈的欢迎。代表作有《李白》、《朱自清》、《白求恩在太行山》、《尼罗河的女儿》、《撒哈拉之歌》、《科技之光》、《五卅惨案碑》等。
1933年1月20日生于安徽省含山县王家滩。
1941年离乡赴沪，在上海静安寺主恩小学念书。
1941年考入上海肇光中学。
1950年在江苏省苏州美术专科学校学习。
1951年入中央美术学院学习。
1953年加入中国共产党。
1954年毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系，留校作研究生，后在雕塑系任教。
1956年中央美术学院研究生毕业。
1959年被评为北京市等先进工作者。曾参加《和平纪念碑》的创作。参加首都十大建筑的雕塑创作活动。
1961年赴前苏联列宾美术学院进修。
1963年结业，归国继续在中央美院任教。后转入该院雕塑创作研究室，长期担任领导。
1984年作品《最后岁月》获第六届全国美展览铜质奖。参加我国赠送日本的石雕《和平》纪念像的集体创作。
1985年与著名雕塑家潘鹤、郭其祥、程允贤共同创作雕塑《和平少女》，两件同样雕塑一件置放在日本长崎市的和平公园，一件置放在北京复兴门大街，旨在让日本人民和政府以二战为鉴，前事不忘后事之师，推进中日友好关系，维护持久和平。
1987年为埃及开罗国际会议大厦创作雕塑《尼罗河女儿》。
1988年为埃及开罗国际会议大厦创作《尼罗河女儿》铜像。
1996年与著名雕塑家潘鹤出席美国国际雕塑会议，在会议上王克庆《中国当代城市雕塑》的报告，受到热烈的欢迎。
