薛骏猷(1962、2—)河南修武人。擅长雕塑。1984年由焦作市文化局推荐到河南省雕塑工作室学习，1988年入北京中国城市雕塑研究班学习一年。曾在卫生部门从事宣教工作，现工作于河南省焦作市文联书画院。雕塑作品《二泉映月》、《父与子》分别入选第七、八届全国美展。雕塑《较量》
