字江墨，1946年生。1988年毕业于河南大学美术系。1981年调入工人文化宫工作，1991年调入郑州市群众艺术馆，中国美术家协会会员、河南宣传画学会副秘书长、郑州市美协理事、郑州市职工美协秘书长；现为郑州市群众艺术馆副研究馆员，郑州市雕塑壁画院美术设计师。
作品曾参加“联合国第四次世界妇女大会”招贴画展，“91全国宣传画展”、十一届亚运会“第二届中国体育美展”等多次全国性美术展览，雕塑壁画作品，不少已为部队、学校等单位所采用。其传略被“上海人民美术出版社”、“陕西人民美术出版社”等多家出版社编入《中国美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国美术家》、《中国美术处鉴》等多种辞书。
作品宣传画《框架轻板在高层建筑中应用》、《奋起的中国工业》、《从小热爱共产党》、《平等、团结、进步》，铝板漆画《少林神功》先后参加全国首届科普美术作品展、美哉中华、爱我中华、全国宣传画展，第二届中国体育美展等。创作有雕塑、壁画，环境艺术作品《财务》、《前仆后继》等。
