朱同(1932.1—)江苏扬州人。擅长水彩画.1950年至1955年先后就读于北京师范大学和南京师范学院美术系。1932年出生于中国文化古城扬州，少年时随叔父学习传统的中国画，受到多方面的艺术熏陶。1950年至1955年先后就读於北京师范大学和南京师范学院美术系，得卫天霖、傅抱石等著名教授的亲传，坚实地掌握了中西绘画的方法。历任山西工艺美术研究所所长、《山西工艺美术》杂志主编、山西省壁画雕塑艺术研究院副院长、山西黄河画院副院长。
作品入选全国第六届、七届、八届美展和全国第一届、二届、三届水彩画粉画展。在英、德等国举办个人作品展，作品《葡萄》和《铜与陶》分别被辑入《中国现代美术全集》水彩卷和水粉卷。
