陈士修，1938年出生于湖南沅江市，深圳市海天出版社美术副编审，中国美术家协会会员，深圳市水彩画会副会长，，前海天出版社美编室主任。澳大利亚水彩画协会会员，美国水彩画协会会员。
自84年起先后在国内外举办亇人水彩画展达18次。其中最具有代表性及影响力的两次画展为：
1998年，受英国艺术家协会的邀请赴英国伦敦皇家美术館举办水彩画展，获得世界水彩大师、英国水彩画大奖赛评委主任大卫.柯蒂斯先生颇高评价，并免费延长一周与“英国水彩画大奖赛展览”同台展出。
1999年，应邀赴美国举办亇人水彩画展，获得美国洛杉矶蒙市“荣誉市民证书”“嘉奖状”、以及别有那派克市“荣誉金鈅匙”。
1987年由人民美术出版社出版《陈士修水彩画册》。
1996年由深圳海天出版社出版《陈士修水彩画册》。
2007年由深圳报业集团出版社出版《陈士修水彩画册》。
2004年由深圳电视台专题播放《陈士修水彩艺术人生》。
主要作品参展：
1986年作品《秋》入选“全国水彩水粉画展”。
2002年作品《西域风情之一》入选“中国水彩画写生精品大展”，并获铜奖，被收藏。
2003年作品《山寨》入选“全国首届小幅水彩画展”。
2004年作品《西域风情之三》入选第二届“李剑晨将水彩画展”。
2005年作品《西域风情之二》入选“第七届全国水彩画展”。
2009年作品《神奇的羌寨》入选“首届上海朱家角国际水彩画双年展”。
2011年作品《贵州风情之一》、《贵州风情之二》、《西域情怀》、《出发》、《蛇口港畔》入选全国老水彩画家经典作品邀请展。
其名字载入《中国水彩画史》及《中国水彩画图史》书籍。他的作品是省、市领导出访美、英、意、加、日、丹麦等国赠给各国领导人的礼品，受到外国友人的赞赏和诊藏。
