朱敦俭，1946年12月生，江苏沛县人。1974年毕业于南京师范学院美术系。南京师范大学美术学院副院长，硕士生导师，副教授，现为中国美术家协会江苏分会会员、江苏省水彩画研究会理事，作品多次参加国内外展览并获奖，代表作有《月朦胧》、《秋林》、《有唐三彩马的静物》、《鸳鸯谷》等，出版专著多部如《教学范画精选.》、《水粉风景》等。

现担任南京师范大学泰州学院美术系设计艺术专业色彩教学工作。
