杨东风，1964年12月出生，山东淄博人，副教授。现攻读韩国大佛大学硕士学位。现为中国美术家协会会员、天津市美术家协会水彩专业委员会秘书长、淄博市水彩画、粉画研究会会长。2003年3月毕业于天津师范大学研究生班；2010年1月就职于天津天狮学院艺术设计学院，任教学副院长。应中央美术学院中国画学院邀请讲座《速写与创作》课程

1999年水彩《洪流》入选第九届全国美术作品展览，荣获山东展区一等奖；
2001年水彩《主人》入选首届中国水彩画人物画展，荣获2003年天津水彩画精品展银奖；
