何路，生于哈尔滨，1982年毕业与哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院油画专业，获文学学士学位。现任职与哈尔滨理工大学艺术学院绘画系主任，教授，黑龙江省美术家协会会员，黑龙江省现代水彩画院副院长，黑龙江省水彩画协会理事，工商联书画商会副会长。
主要作品：
水彩画《晨曦》获黑龙江省第三届水彩画展一等奖，并入选“中国首届水彩画艺术展”。
水彩画《四季系列--秋》入选“全国第三届水彩、粉画展”，并在《中国水彩》第一期中发表。
水彩画《自然的痕迹》入选“首届全国小幅水彩画展”。
水彩画《源》获“黑龙江省第二届水彩画双年展银奖”。
水彩画《初春》入选省《辉煌五十年》大型美术作品展。
2006年出版〈何路水彩作品集〉。
