薛惠，职业画家。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画协会会员，北京美术家协会会员，文化部民族民间艺术发展中心民族民间艺术推广专家委员会艺术委员，北京华夏诗联书画院研究员。
曾先后从师于北京画院杨瑞芬、王明明导师，并得到北京画院周思聪、王文芳、杨延文、杨刚、庄小雷等老师指导。薛惠作品曾多次参加全国及地方大展，并被中国美术馆、国际艺苑美术基金会、人民画报社及海、内外人士收藏。

作品参展情况：
1988年，作品入选河南省美术展；

1991年，作品入选国际水墨画大奖赛；
1992年，作品《素肌不污》入选中国美协北京分会举办的“90年代中国画大展”，
