王申，1957年生，辽宁辽阳人；
中国美术家协会会员，擅长工笔人物、花鸟。
现任职于辽宁省辽阳市太子河区文化馆。
2002年，国画《五月》获”2002年全国中国画作品展"优秀奖.
2004年，国画《蕉园细雨》参加辽宁省2004年“群星奖”获银奖。
2006年，国画《花开的季节》获“2006年全国第六届工笔画大展”优秀奖。
2006年，国画《春路雨添花》、《小溪深处》入选“第十九次新人新作展”。
2007年，国画《清韵和风》获“全国小幅工笔重彩作品展”优秀奖。
2003-2005年，国画作品《傣乡情》、《童年趣事》、《时光》、《渔歌》、《银帆丽日》入选全国中国画提名展。
2004年，国画《归途臧女》在《美术》杂志第3期发表。
2006年，国画《花开的季节》在《美术》杂志第7期发表。
