赵培文，中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画学会会员、中国摄影家协会会员;1968年出生于甘肃永昌，毕业于西北师范大学美术系，先后研修于文化部现代工笔画院、中央美术学院中国画学院、中国国家画院刘大为工作室访问学者;现为金昌市永昌县文化馆、美术馆副馆长，画院副院长，副研究馆员，金昌市政协常委、美协副主席。国画作品三十余次入选中国美术家协会主办的各类国家级专业性全国画展和省部级专业展赛，并多次获奖或被国内外多家专业机构收藏;??金昌市委、市政府授予金昌市“拨尖人才”和“十佳职工文艺明星”称号等。

Zhao Peiwen, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Academy of fine brushwork and a member of the Chinese Photographers Association. He was born in 1968 and graduated from the Department of fine arts. He has studied at the modern fine brushwork academy, the Chinese Painting Academy, and the National Academy of painting of China. Curator, vice president of Academy of painting, deputy research librarian, standing committee of Jinchang CPPCC and vice chairman of American Association. Over 30 times, Chinese painting has been selected for various state-level professional national painting exhibitions and provincial and ministerial level professional exhibitions held by the Chinese Artists Association, and has been awarded many times or has been collected by many professional organizations at home and abroad.
