吕十锁（吕思明），1956年出生，山西襄汾人。我国著名国画家，教育家。中国美术家协会会员、山西师范大学美术学院副教授、山西工笔画协会副主席、临汾市美协副主席、尧都画会会长。
作品入选由中国文化部、中国美协主办的第四届、第五届中国体育美展、第九届全国美展，以及世界华人书画展。作品曾获第九届全国美展优秀奖、世界华人书画展银奖、山西省美展特等奖、一等奖等奖项。多幅作品被文化部、中国艺术研究院、中国美协、总政、山西省委、青岛市委、广东麦克特集团，以及北京、上海、天津、山东、四川等省、市单位和个人收藏。作品发表于《文艺研究》、《国画家》、《中国画家》、《美术大观》、《荣宝斋清赏雅集》、《艺术与繁荣》、《艺术收藏与投资》、《中国当代书画》、《艺术中国》等杂志。1994年赴加拿大举办美展，2008年赴美国纽约第一银行举办个人画展。
出版专著有《线描画理》、《中国当代实力派画家丛书吕思明》等。发表学术论文《从中国画题款史看古画鉴定中的偏差》、《以美猴儿为载体的复合思索》、《从人物画的“大精神”谈起》等，分别刊登于《山西师大学报》、《国画家》、《国画》等学术期刊中。
自幼热爱绘画艺术，后受力群、潘洁滋等艺术大家指导，先后毕业于山西临汾艺校，山西文学院国画系，结业于山西师范大学硕士研究生汉语言文学专业。之后怀着对艺术的执着与感悟再度深造，分别于1997年结业于中央美术学院中国画研究班、1998年《国画家》首届中国画研修班、1999年文化部第二届重彩画高研班。
多年来从事中国画教学，研究工作，主攻工笔人物画，追求强悍雄浑、粗狂、博大的风貌。自2000年开始，以研究花鸟画为主，潜心研究“美猴图”，始创彩墨“泼毛”技法。逐步形成以猴儿为载体，拟人手法，缘物寄情，突出人文精神与传统文化，且艺术韵味浓重，寓意美好的中国画画风。画作渗透出画家对艺术的独到见解，在其传统中国画基础上，交汇有写意中的意境美与豪放气质，工笔中的气韵美与精致雅趣，其打破固有，创新独特，技法新颖，中西交融，极具时代感与艺术美感。独有的“泼毛”技法，所画毛猴毛是毛，绒是绒，灵巧生动，深受大众喜爱，被誉为书画界的“美猴王”。

艺术成就
1970年，襄汾县文化馆从事美工工作；

1998年，结业于《国画家》首届中国画研修班；调入山西师范大学美术学院任教，副教授；中国画作品《黄土雄风》荣获文化部、中国美协、中国书协、中国艺术研究院联合主办的“世界华人书画展”银奖；
1999年，结业于文化部第二届重彩画高研班；中国画作品《决战》荣获第九届全国美展优秀奖；中国画作品《状元红》入选第九届全国美展，荣获山西省美展一等奖；
2000年，潜心研究“美猴图”，始创彩墨“泼毛”技法；
2001年，中国画作品《热潮》入选第五届全国体育美展；
2002年，成立尧都画会，任会长；
2003年，《美猴图》参加第六届北京国际艺术博览会；
