石志文，男，苗族，1975年出生于湘西土家族苗族自治州。
2000年作品《山高水远》获文化部主办《世界华人艺术展》铜奖；
2004年作品《家乡风情恋》入选中国美协、文化部主办第二届全国少数民族美术作品展；
2011年作品《山寨祥云图》入选中国美协主办“第三届江南文化节。大痴情缘---纪念黄公望中国山水画展”获一次入会条件；
2012年8月作品《苗家山水苗家情》入选中国美协主办“翰墨新像”全国中国画作品展；
2014年作品《苗家正午》入选中国画学会主办“明德。和融”2014年全国中国画作品展；
2015年5月作品《曾经—逝去—记忆》入选中国美协主办“美丽新丝路，翰墨定西行”全国中国画，油画作品展；
