赵维敏(1933．2一)，满族，北京大兴县人，中共党员。原内蒙古人民出版社副编审、美编室主任，《内蒙古青年》报、《党的教育》杂志美术编辑。
现为中国美术家协会会员、内蒙古美术家协会常务理事、呼和浩特书画院院士。《井儿沟秋色》、《呼伦贝尔夏营地》、《万里雪飘》等十几幅作品参加国内外大型展览十余次并多次获奖。漫画《醉翁之意》入选1982年全国漫画展、国画《秋霜图》获内蒙古自治区美术展优秀奖、封面设计《乌兰萨日阿朗》获华北东北八省区艺术展二等奖。艺术成就入编《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》(第二卷)、《中国少数民族专家学者辞典》。1986年在呼和浩特市举办个人画展；1994年在美国芝加哥举办个人画展，美国多家华语新闻媒体作专题报道。1990年由文史研究馆聘为研究员。
