周月泉（1920.8—1990.10）现代漫画家。笔名周游、肖敏。江苏无锡人。家境贫寒仅读过几年私塾和小学，但自幼酷爱美术。1935年进米行当学徒，1938年入卷烟厂当练习生，又做过店员和小学美术教师，业余曾在苏州美专沪校夜班学习西画。1943年进中华烟草公司任广告设计员。新中国建立后，在上海市文化局艺术处美术科工作，1956年调上海美术设计公司任设计科科长，后任美术设计公司附属美术工场副主任。1981年退休，应聘为《新民晚报》特邀美术编辑。一级美术师。
一生长期从事漫画创作，作品简明单纯而富有幽默感。漫画《朽木上的毛虫》、《龙凤呈祥》（与王益生合作）入选1958年莫斯科社会主义国家造型艺术展。漫画《人人有活干》获1984年全国漫画展佳作奖。为中国美术家协会会员。另有作品《临别》、《指鹿为马》、《白发三千丈》等。
