刘庸非(1925.7—2000.6)别名雄飞，浙江金华人。擅长漫画。曾任编辑、记者。1949后历任浙江省财政厅秘书、河南《漫画》杂志编委、浙江省漫画研究会会长。作品有《碎了，才感到可惜》、《气杀孔夫子》、《歪批三国》、《水浒人物漫写》、《济公别传》、《古幽默今释》等。作品《卖祖宗》获1999年全国新闻漫画金奖，《打伞的和铺路的》获全国新闻漫画银奖。作品为北京炎黄艺术馆、绍兴鲁迅纪念馆、桐乡丰子恺纪念馆收藏。出版有《漫画中国历史故事》、《笑话·漫画插图本》、《诸子百家一人一言画》等，主编《中国当代漫画家辞典》。
