埃德蒙德·雷顿Edmund Blair Leighton（1852年9月21日——1922年9月1日），英国画家。
他受过良好教育大学学校之前,成为一名学生皇家学院。他于1885年嫁给凯瑟琳·纳什,他们有一个儿子和女儿。他每年展出皇家学院从1878年到1920年。
雷顿是一个挑剔的工匠,产生高度完成装饰图片,展示魅力流行的浪漫场景。看起来他没有日记,虽然他在皇家美术学院展出四十多年来,他从未院士或助理。
He was educated at University College School, before becoming a student at the Royal Academy Schools. He married Katherine Nash in 1885 and they went on to have a son and daughter. He exhibited annually at the Royal Academy from 1878 to 1920.
Leighton was a fastidious craftsman, producing highly finished, decorative pictures, displaying romanticized scenes with a popular appeal. It would appear that he left no diaries, and though he exhibited at the Royal Academy for over forty years, he was never an Academician or an Associate.
