《五律诗》轴，明，陈洪绶书，纸本，立轴，纵141厘米，横57.5厘米。行书，5行。

　　释文：

　　“剪落入城市，拙岁隐者伦。亲朋虽传舌，景物最伤神。老病锦官府，还山愧野人。往来轻似叶，幸不厌清员。洪绶似玄濬道盟兄正之，二十余年不见，重为作书乐甚。”

　　款钤“陈洪绶印”、“章侯氏”印2方。

　　本轴书五言律诗一首，从落款处称僧人玄濬为“道盟兄” ，可知此诗是陈洪绶晚年为僧时所作。

　　陈洪绶的书法与绘画均显现共同而鲜明的特色，即奇异、怪诞。此轴书法结构修长，字形呈欹峭之势，用笔紧密而细腻，简洁而质朴，姿态夸张，富于变化，线条潇洒俊健，颇有风姿，表现了作者独特的书风。

Annotations:

"Cut into the city, the hermit of my humble age. The scenery is the most distressing, though it is spoken by relatives and friends. Old sick Jinguanfu, but also deserve savages. Traffic is as light as a leaf, fortunately not tired of liquidation. Hong Fan, like Xuanxun Dao's allied brother, has not seen him for more than 20 years. His emphasis is on writing books and enjoying them very much.

Section Jun's "Chen Hongshou Seal" and "Zhang Hou's" seals are two sides.

In this book, Xuan Jun, a monk, was called "brother of Tao Meng" from the place where the money was written. It can be seen that this poem was written by Chen Hongxu in his later years as a monk.

Chen Hongshou's calligraphy and painting all show common and distinct characteristics, namely, strange and grotesque. The structure of this axis is slender, the shape is steep, the pen is compact and delicate, concise and simple, the posture is exaggerated and changeable, the lines are smart and handsome, quite graceful, showing the author's unique style of calligraphy.
