高鸣峰 (1959.10-)湖北武汉人。擅长油画。1978年科武汉师范学 院美术系学习。1978年科武汉师范学 院美术系学习。1982年参加湖北教师援藏队赴藏教书，1983年在武汉职业美术学院任教，19 85年任武汉画院专职画家，1988年后任海南省海口晚报美编、主任、副编审。作品油画《射 击》参加第四届中国体育美展，连环画《小橘灯》获第九届全国美展铜奖等。

Gao Mingfeng (1959.10-) is a native of Wuhan, Hubei Province. Good at oil painting. In 1978, he studied in the Department of Fine Arts, Wuhan Normal University. In 1978, he studied in the Department of Fine Arts, Wuhan Normal University. In 1982, he joined the Teachers'Team of Hubei Province to teach in Tibet. In 1983, he taught in Wuhan Vocational Academy of Fine Arts. In 1985, he was a full-time painter of Wuhan Academy of Fine Arts. After 1988, he was the American Editor, Director and Deputy Editor of Haikou Evening News of Hainan Province. The oil painting Shooting participated in the 4th China Sports Art Exhibition, and the comic strip Little Orange Lantern won the bronze prize of the 9th National Art Exhibition.

Shooting was selected for the Fifth China Sports Art Exhibition and was collected by the International Olympic Committee.
