马海方，1956年出生于北京。1981年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系。现为人民美术出版社画家、中国美术家协会会员。擅长描绘旧京风情人物，并多次参展获奖。近几年先后由香港、福建美术出版社、大百科全书出版社、河北教育出版社、人民美术出版社出版画册五种。

Ma Haifang was born in Beijing in 1956. He graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1981. Now he is a painter of People's Art Publishing House and a member of China Artists Association. He is good at portraying old Beijing characters and has won many awards in the exhibition. In recent years, five kinds of picture albums have been published successively by Hong Kong, Fujian Fine Arts Publishing House, Encyclopedia Publishing House, Hebei Education Publishing House and People's Fine Arts Publishing House.
