“塑者归来——熊秉明艺术回顾展”在中国美术馆开展

央视网消息(记者 韩丹)在熊秉明先生诞辰100周年之际,由中国美术馆主办的“塑者归来——熊秉明艺术回顾展”4月15日起在中国美术馆三层展出。此次展览是中国美术馆“典藏活化”系列展之一,展出熊秉明雕塑、绘画、书法等诸多艺术门类作品166件,通过塑“己”、塑“人”、塑“物”三个部分展现他的艺术人生与哲学思考。

熊秉明(1922—2002年),法籍华人艺术家、哲学家,着名数学家熊庆来之子。1947年考取公费留学生,在巴黎大学攻读哲学博士一年,后转入巴黎高等艺术学院学习雕塑。1962年起任教于巴黎第三大学东方语言文化学院,教授中国文化及哲学,同时开设书法班,从事书法实践与教学研究。2001年被授予南京大学名誉教授。熊秉明旅居法国50余年,是20世纪融汇中西文化,且以哲学、文学、艺术修行悟道的文化自觉者。

展览以熊秉明先生的雕塑作品为主线,以其创作的哲思为内在逻辑。“己”象征一种激励,它使我们对生活充满热情和希望。通过“塑‘己’”篇章,观者可以感受艺术家的“心”塑历程及其精神指向的整体责任和信念感召;“塑‘人’”篇章,呈现了艺术家对生命意象的挚爱、对生命本体的畅想;“塑‘物’”篇章,通过塑一“物”而化众类,看似平淡无奇之物,却在简练的形塑、线条、块面中蕴含了丰富的精神内涵和哲思。

正如其挚友杨振宁先生在《孺子牛》的题词中这样写道:“秉明塑造出二十世纪几代中国知识分子的自我认识。”吴冠中先生亦有言:“其道也,是从东方渗入西方,又从西方再回到东方。”与其说这是对熊秉明作品的解读,不如说是对其塑“己”精神的认同。

此次展览是继2019年“自知者明——熊秉明艺术展”之后,中国美术馆通过“典藏活化”系列展再次回顾熊秉明先生的艺术。展览作品和文献来自熊秉明家属和杨振宁夫妇的捐赠。

展览将展至5月11日。

熊秉明先生(1922-2002)是20世纪以哲学、文学、艺术修行悟道的文化自觉者。在他所涉猎的诸多领域中,深含着一种融合与超越的内质,他以诗性的雕刻、哲性的文字,以与古贤通息的书法、与西方现代主义对语的绘画,表现了永在、凝定的精神价值,深蕴的是故土文脉的沉厚与博大、渊深与温润。

当熊秉明先生的诗《心肝》中对于妈妈的呼唤向着穹隆远逝的时候,我们能够深切感受到他对于亲情的依恋,这种依恋烙印在他的雕塑《母亲》,饱含慈爱于沧桑之中;当熊秉明先生的雕塑《孺子牛》俯地的一刻,我们可以理解“让牧童骑上”的奉献;当我们吟哦着《野草·墓碣文》中“待我成尘时,你将见我的微笑”的碣文,仿佛可以看到鲁迅所直面的惨淡人生。正如杨振宁先生所说:“熊秉明用他的作品展示了中国人坚忍卓绝、自我牺牲的精神,没有这种精神,中国不会创造出今天的奇迹。”

熊秉明先生曾说:“书法是中国文化核心的核心。”他用《中国书法理论体系》梳理纷繁的古代书论,而使研究结构井然廓清。熊秉明先生在中国书法及相关传统文化的施教过程中,以技、艺、道的辩证关系将书史、书论、书评汇入文化的大格局之中,由中国传统书法本体的原点出发,结合西方现代哲学和心理学的理论成果,将书法的造型与意象、字体与移情作深入剖析。在他的艺术中,雕塑的结构与书法的结体、作品的外形与书法的字象、塑痕与笔法、诗意与画境,贯穿于其艺术思想与创造始终。

熊秉明先生为事、为艺、为学、为人皆散发出温润谦和、虚怀若谷的儒者人格气象,也体现了严整、缜密、追本溯源的科学精神。他以智慧和品格研究学问,体悟艺术;他以温和、宽容而厚意友朋。因此,他的文字与绘画、书法、雕刻,总是在千锤百炼的历练中折射出人性的光辉。他于2002年岁末走完80岁的人生。海内外知音无不惋惜失去一位良师、益友;失去一位智者、仁者;失去一位艺术家、学者、文化大师。人们将这种纪念诉诸文字,对熊先生所涉猎的诸多领域的成就予以评述,以散文、艺术评论、诗歌、回忆录等多种形式立体塑造了熊先生的文化人生。这些文字暗合了熊先生的文与艺、品与格,其评文中不乏典范之作,反映了当代理论家、艺术家如何以公正、客观的眼光看待20世纪以来中西交汇的文化成果,如何评价为这一成果而孜孜以求的耕耘者。

近百年来,中国文化尤为显着的特色是在吸收西学过程中的转型。在东西方文化的碰撞、交融中凝视、反思与认同,以臻“相看两不厌”的境界。在和而不同中彼此吸收,获得彼此尊重……熊秉明先生在这一值得研究的历史阶段,以自己深厚的中国文化底蕴介入西方,用他自己的话说就是“一个生命的试验”“一颗中国文化的种子”,足见其对人类文化发展的使命感。因此,研究熊秉明先生对我们正确认识本土、广泛理解世界、挖掘传统资源、拓展创新之路,有着极为重要的当代意义。吴冠中先生曾说:“其道也,是从东方渗入西方,又从西方再回到东方。”吴先生以简练而准确的线条描绘了熊先生的精神轨迹,这条线是自知、自觉、自尊、自爱、自信的线,是饱含生命张力、艺术感染力、人生哲学的线。它将是绵长而悠远的。

放眼20世纪中国美术发展历程,不难看出法兰西文化对中西融渗的中国现代美术之转型影响巨大。而熊秉明作为带着中国文化的基因在法国长成参天大树的“生命试验”,佐证了中国文化的品质及其强劲的生命力。

在熊秉明先生诞辰100周年之际,中国美术馆主办此次展览,展示其创作的雕塑、绘画、书法等作品150余件,并配以相关文献资料,是对其中西、古今融通进入化境的全面呈现。

2011年,我主编了《熊秉明·雕塑艺术》一书,由人民美术出版社出版。那是以文字为熊先生塑像。今天,在中国美术馆所展出的熊秉明艺术则是他自塑的一尊文化丰碑。

归来,塑者归来,秉明先生有知,当欣然,因为他巡天遨游,回到了生命的原点。

In 2001, he was awarded honorary professor of Nanjing University. Xiong Bingming has lived in France for more than 50 years. He is a cultural self-conscious person who integrates Chinese and Western culture in the 20th century and practices Taoism with philosophy, literature and art. The exhibition takes Mr. Xiong Bingming's sculpture works as the main line and the philosophy of his creation as the internal logic& ldquo; Self & rdquo; It symbolizes an inspiration, which makes us full of enthusiasm and hope for life. Via & ldquo; Plastic & lsquo; Self & rsquo& rdquo; Chapter, the viewer can feel the artist's & ldquo; Heart & rdquo; The overall responsibility and belief of shaping the process and its spiritual direction& ldquo; Plastic & lsquo; People & rsquo& rdquo; The chapter presents the artist's love for the image of life and the imagination of the noumenon of life& ldquo; Plastic & lsquo; Things & rsquo& rdquo; Chapter, by shaping a & ldquo; Things & rdquo; While it seems to be a commonplace thing, it contains rich spiritual connotation and philosophy in the concise shapes, lines and blocks. In the teaching process of Chinese calligraphy and related traditional culture, Mr. Xiong Bingming integrates the history of calligraphy, Book Theory and book review into the general pattern of culture with the dialectical relationship of technology, art and Tao. Starting from the origin of the ontology of Chinese traditional calligraphy and combined with the theoretical achievements of Western Modern Philosophy and psychology, he makes an in-depth analysis of the shape and image, font and empathy of calligraphy. In his art, the structure of sculpture and the structure of calligraphy, the shape of works and the image of calligraphy, plastic marks and strokes, poetry and painting run through his artistic thought and creation. There are many exemplary works in his comments, reflecting how contemporary theorists and artists treat the cultural achievements of the intersection of China and the West since the 20th century with a fair and objective vision, and how to evaluate the cultivators who have worked hard for this achievement. In the past hundred years, the most remarkable feature of Chinese culture is the transformation in the process of absorbing western learning. This line is a line of self-knowledge, self-consciousness, self-esteem, self love and self-confidence, and a line full of life tension, artistic appeal and philosophy of life. It will be long and long. Looking at the development of Chinese art in the 20th century, it is not difficult to see that French culture has a great impact on the transformation of Chinese modern art. Xiong Bingming, with the gene of Chinese culture, has grown into a towering tree in France & ldquo; Life experiment;, It proves the quality and strong vitality of Chinese culture. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Mr. Xiong Bingming's birth, the China Art Museum hosted this exhibition to display more than 150 pieces of his sculptures, paintings, calligraphy and other works, together with relevant literature, which is a comprehensive presentation of his integration of China and the west, ancient and modern. In 2011, I edited Xiong Bingming & middot; sculpture art, which was published by the people's fine arts publishing house. That's a statue of Mr. bear in words. Today, Xiong Bingming's art on display at the China Art Museum is a cultural monument he created himself. When he comes back, the sculptor comes back.
