《溪山晚照图》轴，明，沈周绘，纸本，墨笔，纵159cm，横32.8cm。
图绘夏日溪山晚照之情景。画面上端有题跋曰：“夕阳照溪柳，斜光散浮金。风从东面至，泠然当我襟。田稚颇长茂，水渠尚清深。游鱼溯流波，什五相浮沉。倚杖甫观物，适兹行乐心。行乐不能已，逍遥成短吟。文美赵君别一载，再会方暑赫赫，晚凉为作溪山晚照图，仍即景成此诗，消遣半日之闲耳。乙巳岁六月五日，沈周。”“乙巳岁”乃明成化二十一年（1485年），沈周时年59岁。下钤“启南” 朱文印、“石田”白文印。诗前钤“白石翁”白文印。其后文徵明题诗曰：“石翁胸次王摩诘，到处云山放杖行。白发门人今老矣，却看遗墨感平生。徵明奉题。”下钤“文仲子”、“文徵明印” 白文印2方，诗前有“玉兰堂” 白文印。
图中上部远景绘崇山高瀑，下部近景为陂陀疏树，中段有溪水相隔。山石均为淡墨中锋用笔，浓墨点苔，长条而带波折的皴法系从披麻皴中演化而来，山石在墨笔的皴染下呈现出一定的体积感。该图三段式的构图、枯淡的笔墨和淡雅冷峻的意境都有倪瓒遗韵。
该图另钤有“天水郡图书印”朱文印、“天泉阁”朱文印等鉴藏印多方。
