This work was once mistaken for Guo Xi's painting in the Northern Song Dynasty. After that, Li Zai's imprint was found on the picture, and his name was corrected.
The works are panoramic landscapes with broad momentum, fine and solid pens, rich ink rhyme and "crab claw branch" shape. Judging from the artistic conception and brushwork, they are very similar to Guo Xi's. They are typical landscapes of the Northern School.
