《饭苓赋》轴，明，祝允明书，纸本，楷书，纵143厘米，横58厘米。

　　此轴书《饭苓赋》，款署：“为进士刘君时服作。太原祝允明。”钤“允明”印。

　　此为祝允明中年时期楷书的代表作，用笔工中带拙，沉稳雄健，兼有米芾、张即之笔意，而颇为含蓄，章法严谨，已展现出其本人的风格面貌。
