丁平，汉族，内蒙古鄂尔多斯市人，毕业于内蒙古大学艺术学院油画专业。
1987年9月-1990年7月内蒙古伊克昭盟伊金霍洛旗一中高中阶段学习高中毕业
1992年9月-1995年7月内蒙古大学艺术学院油画专业大专
1995年12月-1999年12月内蒙古乡镇企业编辑部杂志封面与版面设计
2000年3月-2002年7月北京汇佳职业学校高中美术教师
2002年9月-2003年7月中国艺术研究院油画高级研修班
2004年-至今北京树尚国际文化传播有限公司设计与绘画
