陈治，天津人，1978年生，2001年毕业于天津美术学院国画系获学士学位，2005年毕业于天津美术学院国画系获硕士学位，师从何家英教授，毕业后留校任教，现为天津美术学院副教授，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会理事，何家英工笔人物画艺术研究所副所长。
主要奖项：
2001年《夏凉》获“黄宾虹奖”全国高等美术院校新秀中国画展金华奖。
2006年《守望》入选天津市第六节青年美展优秀奖。
2007年《守望》获全国第三届中国画展优秀作品奖。（最高奖）
2008作品入选国家级历史性美术创作工程-永远的奥运-奥林匹克史诗画卷，该作品被奥运组委会收藏。
2009年《零点》获天津市第十一届美术作品展金奖。（与武欣合作）
