吴冰

吴冰画作

字化水，蒙古族，乌扎哈萨克喇氏，1967年2月5日生。曾任黑龙江省绥化师范专科学校艺术系主任。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国艺术研究院花鸟画博士、副教授。
1993年7月毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院美术教育系国画专业。1996年7月结业于中央美术学院国画系、2001年7月结业于天津美术学院国画系。2005年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院获硕士学位。
