林伟，福建省福鼎人。亚洲艺术科学院教授，中国绘画年鉴理事会理事，中国文艺家书画院副院长，福建省政协海云墨会专家组成员，省政协画室画师，宁德市政协书画院副院长，宁德市（闽东地区）美术家协会副主席，现供职于福鼎市政协，任书画室主任。1990年入中央美术学院中国画专业学习。导师：钱绍武、蒋彩萍、刘大为。曾应邀参加中央电视台45周年台庆，清华大学90周年校庆“名家贺清华”，福建师范大学95周年校庆等学术活动。2003年9月应韩国韩南大学之邀在韩国大田举办画展，2004年4月福建省政协海云墨会主办“林伟水墨样式学术展”。擅长国画人物、山水，尤喜作古代诗家名人水墨画。
